Flower Quality
Justflowers.com delivered red roses and gerber daisys. The gerbers were of excellent quality, fresh
and lasted for a few days. Roses were of good quality, but did not last as long as expected.
Speed of Delivery
Placed order at 1:30 for same day delivery. Delivery did not arrive the same day. Called customer service, they informed us that the local florist made a mistake and tried to deliver to the wrong address. Flowers arrived the next day.
Customer Service
We called the customer service department to find out why our delivery did not arrive on time. Placed on hold for about 10 mnutes. The agent was not very friendly, and did not want to issue a refund.
